The Best A-List Grooming Moves We Saw This Week
Welcome to another edition of Grooming Gods, a weekly recap of the best men's grooming highs (and sometimes lows) courtesy of our favorite stylish gentlemen across the globe. This week was a battle between under-age and middle-age guys and everyone came out a winner.
Tom Hiddleston's Wildman BeardRich Polk
Whether it's his age, his access to the best groomers in the business, or just random good luck, Tom Hiddleston's new beard and long hair looks infinitely better than his previous attempts at wildman grooming. If at first you don't succeed try, try again (and get uber famous in the process).
The Weeknd's Afro FadeThe lighting design on the Weeknd's current tour does an excellent job of illuminating his hair, which is looking a little longer and more wild than it has in previous months. We dig this louder, more lived in spin on his Starboy cut.
Josh Brolin and Colin Farrell's UndercutsWhile plenty of young guys are turning away from the high fade, famous 40-somethings are doubling down on the cut. And making a mighty good case for it, too. Brolin and Farrell have both never looked younger or cooler. We especially appreciate Brolin's natural gray color.
KJ Apa's Red Hair ColorWhen you're 20 years old you can get away with off-kilter color, like KJ Apa's slightly unnatural red shade. The young actor has been perfecting it for his role as Archie in the Archie Comics-inspired TV show Riverdale, which debuted early this year. A natural brunette, Apa has to bleach it first in order to achieve the lighter shade of red.
Timothee Chalamet's Layered LengthSpeaking with young guys with wild hair, 21-year-old style legend on the make, Timothee Chalamet, is making long hair look damn good on the press tour for his film, Call Me By Your Name. When you've got hair this thick and wavy, you owe it to your mama to grow it out.
