We’re Here for Justin Bieber’s Boring Workout Style
After 154 shows over the course of 18 months, Justin Bieber’s “Purpose” world tour is officially over. The pop star announced yesterday that he would be canceling his final 14 shows in exchange for some PTO to rest, relax, and “ride bikes”. In tandem with his announcement Bieber’s wardrobe immediately snapped into regular-guy mode. A couple of weeks ago he was running around in oversized overalls and Louis Vuitton x Supreme swag, but yesterday it was black and gray gym gear FTW. Tom Hiddleston would be proud.
Whether you think Bieber bowing out of the last leg of his tour was immoral, uncool, or a completely valid way to protect his mental health (which, given other recent unconfirmed rumors, is how we’re leaning), there’s no denying that his attire is respectable and sane. We have deep thoughts on the guy’s fur coats, shredded jeans, and knitwear game but his gray basketball shorts and a black moisture-wicking T-shirt are just not that contentious. They look handsome and they get the job done, whether you're heading off to lift weights or consult with your legal team on how to not get sued. Simple as that.
For Justin Bieber and the rest of us, sometimes boring isn't such a bad look.
