Superhuman NFL Player's Bench-Press Bar Is Too Puny for His Muscles
If you’ve been watching new HBO life-after-football documentary Ballers or you have a brain and thinkyou know that a long football career can leave you with all sorts of sore joints and body pain. Someone forgot to tell 37-year-old and 12-year-veteran James Harrison because he’s outchea, doing stuff like this:

That’s him sprinting in, according to his Instagram, 130+ degree heat (180+ on the turf). That seems high, but either way, he’s wearing a sweatshirt and sweatpants in June in Arizona, so I think we can all agree that it’s fucking hot. In the second video, which he just uploaded today, two days after the sprinting video, he’s wearing the same clothesdid you not do laundry James Harrison?!and he’s bench pressing a mere 500 pounds, which is so much weight that he had to attach two more 45-pound plates onto the EIGHT already on the bar. It’s like he walked up to the bench and thought, "Nah, I don’t think that’s enough bar."
