Justin Bieber’s Workout Style is Surprisingly Sane
Here’s a list of things Justin Bieber wears in his regular life: Jeans with hundreds of tiny tears, wool kilts, two flannel shirts at one time, bandana headbands, Backstreet Boys sunglasses. Unless you’re a teenager or are a Fear of God super-fan, you probably can’t relate too much to the pop star’s style. But his workout style? It’s so accessible, so normal, even your dad could get on board.
Before his Madison Square Garden show last night Bieber went to the gym with his pastor wearing workout clothes every dumbbell-lifting man should have in his wardrobe. Compression leggings, nylon shorts, a black moisture-wicking T-shirt, and bright sneakers. Functional, stylish, and easy enough to throw in the wash over, and over, and over again, these things just make sense to own. Even Bieber, who occasionally wears head-to-toe red in all seriousness, recognizes that.
Should you be awkwardly glancing from side to side right now, realizing that your workout game could use some help, here’s a four-step plan for kicking into gear.
