Rob Lowe Has Learned a Thing or Two About Staying Fresh
Rob Lowe has imparted grooming advice for years. Mostly to his two sons, whom he encouraged to start a moisturizing routine well before “the chickens come home to roost, when you’re 40.” But now, he’s serving up the same advice to you as well—an offer worth heeding given that he’s Rob Lowe, glowing at 56 years old.
“If you take care of yourself, you may not see the results right away,” he says, “but you’re going to see them eventually.” A skincare routine actually isn’t just about how you look, he says: “Taking care of how you look is not this narcissistic thing,” he says. “It’s more emblematic of how you’re taking care of yourself holistically.”
Below, Lowe explains how he reached Grooming Gods status, and how you can too.
