Justin Theroux has a very defined sense of style. He is the owner of what we can only assume is the world’s largest collection of black leather jackets and typically keeps his hair short, his sideburns long, and his face clean-shaven. And because he’s so committed to his biker-goth style, and has been for nearly two decades, we just assumed it’d never change. Sort of like how Serge Gainsbourg always looked the same. But we were wrong.

The director/writer/actor has been slowly, subtly taking his grooming game in a more bohemian direction, letting his hair and beard grow out and get all kinds of wildman. It's tempting to think that Theroux is currently in some sort of dreamy honeymoon phase, but that's probably a bit of a stretch. Maybe the truth is that he just woke up one day, tossed his industrial-size tub of grooming paste in the trash, and decided it was time to let his hippie flag fly.
