Hafþór Júlíus Björnsson, whom you know as The Mountain from Game of Thrones, is no stranger to the wonderful world of weightlifting (he preps for his role by "lifting and squeezing really heavy stones"). In addition to that lifting, squeezing, and the popping of poor poor Prince Oberyn’s head, he can now count himself a legend—a god even. He just broke a 1,000-year-old Viking record by carrying one thirty-two foot log (weighing 1,433 pounds) five steps. The previous record, held by Orm Storulfsson, was made when he allegedly carried the mast of a ship for three steps. Great Odin’s raven, that’s some heavy shit.
