Mark Zuckerberg's Personal Uniform Even Extends to His Workouts
Because he wasn't a good enough human being already, Mark Zuckerberg took a break from his trip to Berlin (he's there to launch an ambitious artificial intelligence program that Facebook is running with the city's Technische Universität), to go for a run through the its snowy streets. And true to form, he wore the exact same thing to work out that he does when he's making billions in the boardroom: a gray t-shirt.
Zuckerberg's uniform (both its contents and its rationale) have been well documented, so this really shouldn't come as a surprise. What is a little surprising is that there's no separation for him between going about his day-to-day business and breaking a sweat—even in the face of adverse weather conditions and, well, excess perspiration. There are plenty of gray t-shirts on the market that are better optimized for the gym and track than what we suspect are Zuckerberg's cashmere versions. (Beyond that, there are a lot of colorful things a guy can buy that might actually add a little energy to his gym sessions.)
But hey. Lots of famous and successful guys have a personal uniform. So if you've got the money to burn, no time for menswear decision fatigue, and a world to save, we suppose you can go for a run wearing whatever you damn well please.
