Under Armour’s New UAS Line Will Give You an Excuse to Wear Sweats 24/7
Back in June, it was announced that cult-loved New York designer Tim Coppens would be heading up his own label for Under Armour, called Under Armour Sportswear (a.k.a. UAS). At that point, all we had to go on was a logo and the knowledge that the collection would focus on “built for life” clothes. Now comes a first look at Coppens's vision for the brand, and it certainly lives up to the hype.

Coppens is known for his ability to give athletic gear a luxurious, tailored spin, and that shines through in the UAS fall lookbook. The precisely cut sweats, streamlined bomber jacket, and transparent parka all look to more luxurious, more modern versions of the sporty staples guys love to wear. Luckily for those guys, the prices, while certainly higher than your average UA compression T-shirt, aren’t mind-bending like Adidas's Yeezy or White Mountaineering collections can sometimes be. Think basics starting at $59, with tailored topcoats topping out at $1,500.
The full UAS fall collection will be revealed during New York Fashion Week in September, with the pieces launching at Barneys, Mr Porter, UASportswear.com, and Under Armour stores in New York, Boston, and Chicago starting on September 15. Just in time for sweatpants weather.
