The Best Hair We Saw This Thanksgiving Break
Welcome to another edition of Grooming Gods, a weekly recap of the best men's grooming highs (and sometimes lows) courtesy of our favorite stylish gentlemen across the globe. This week we saw famous guys handle a variety of grooming challenges with style and skill. May all of us be so disciplined during the cold, snowy months ahead.
Miguel's Flawless 30-Something Skin
Miguel’s relatively new braided ‘do is certainly cool but the 32-year-old’s flawless, lit-from-within complexion is also worth celebrating. While genetics have a part to play in these matters, we doubt the musician is using a crusty old bar of Irish Spring to get his mug clean. Whether or not you’ve been blessed with good skin yourself, do your part to keep it looking youthful by using facial cleanser and moisturizer in the morning and at night.
Cameron Dallas' White FuzzInstagram contentThis content can also be viewed on the site it originates from.
A lot of guys grow out their beards around this time of year, but very few of them get 1 million likes when they share a progress-shot on Instagram. That’s not to say Dallas’ growth is particularly unique or impressive, just that pretty much everything he does with his hair is newsworthy to his teenage fans. For our part, we dig his blonde dye job. Bleach is a good way to make an awkward-length haircut look a little punk.
David Beckham and Rami Malek's Day-Off GroomingThis photo is proof that being well groomed starts with a good haircut. How do you know you’ve got one? When even under the unforgiving florescent lights of a sports arena, and even when you’ve literally just washed your hair and left the house with it wet, it winds up looking great. And if you doubt your ability to accomplish this task, well, bring a beanie along just in case. Even David Beckham does it.
Jason Momoa's "Life is Good" WavesInstagram contentThis content can also be viewed on the site it originates from.
There are a lot of reasons for Jason Momoa to be “freaking out on the inside”, in addition to receiving a custom-made tap handle from a beer company. He’s married to a real-life angel, Lisa Bonet. He gets to play superheroes and badasses for unbelievable sums of money. He also wakes up a full head of surf brah curls every morning. A man can dream.
Harry Styles Front-Man QuiffHarry Styles men's grooming history has been a rocky one. There was the mushroom-like mop of his One Direction years, then the period in the middle when it got all scraggly and long. Ever since he cut it off for his role in Dunkirk it’s been looking pretty great, however. With just enough volume in the front and the right kind of messiness and texture allover, this playboy cut is the perfect complement to his wardrobe of wild tailoring and showoff rings. You don't need the clothes to back this look up, but you do need the texture.
