James Harden's Beard Looks Insane in This Taiwanese Animation
The people at Taiwanese Animations have struck yet again with their latest video, a treatment of the news that Adidas offered James Harden a $200 million contract. If you're not familiar with the company, they're famous for making totally batshit crazy animated renderings of news items with Mandarin Chinese voice-overs, from Jon Stewart's departure from The Daily Show to the announcement of GOP presidential candidates. (They also went viral when one of their employees quit to Kanye West's song "Gone".)
In the video, the voice-over explains how Harden was the only superstar left for Adidas to poach after Steph Curry joined Under Armour and Kevin Durant opted to stay with Nike. It also depicts true, actual facts like how Harden made Steph Curry and LeBron James cry, and how his beard is down to the floor in length.
In fact, Harden's Gandalfian beard is our favorite part of this whole video. Yes, better than him wielding a bazooka on the court, better than him sporting a pink dress in his fictional closet ("James Harden likes to dress-up," says the clip), even better than animated Kim Kardashian and masked Kanye West.
