Prince Harry's Workout Look Will Make You King of the Gym
Ever since athleisure became an acceptable word, the line between workout clothing and normal, everyday clothing has slowly been eroding. It's made for a confusing time in business casual offices (performance golf polos are not office polos, people), but has had a positive impact on temples to swoleness. We're finally past the days of ratty, baggy layers being an acceptable form of gym-wear.
For proof, just check out Prince Harry logging some miles with the homeless/vulnerable youth-oriented charity of the aptly named organization, The Running Charity.
Prince Harry's all-black approach is an instant hit and also happens to be the easiest fit for the non-royals out there to pull off. Seriously, this layering combo is a no-brainer: base layer tights, shorts, base layer tee and...that's it. Keeping every piece in tonal hues (in this case gray and black) ensures a sleek effect that you're not going to get if you're stepping out in lime green compression shirts and red mesh basketball shorts. After all, the last thing you need holding you back from a workout is how your outfit looks.
